Forrest G. Miller is an associate attorney of the Kuhns Law Firm, PLLC, located in Punta Gorda, Florida. Mr. Miller practices estate planning, real estate and tax law, serving clients in Southwest Florida. He is admitted to practice law in both Ohio and Florida.

Mr. Miller has been licensed to practice law since 2020.
Mr. Miller holds a bachelor’s degree in Bioscience from the University of Findlay, located in Findlay, Ohio. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo, as a Dean’s Full-Tuition Scholarship recipient. While attending law school, Mr. Miller was involved with Law Review and the Toledo Taxpayer Advocacy Clinic, where he assisted taxpayers handling disputes with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

Mr. Miller has experience advising estate fiduciaries to oversee the administration of a decedent’s estate or trust, including serving as attorney for court appointed curators.

Forrest was born and raised in Ohio before relocating with his fiancée to Charlotte County in 2020. He continues to volunteer his time on the University of Findlay Alumni Board of Governors and as a member of the Leadership Charlotte Class of 2023.
